Enterprise Platform Engineering
Design and operate the platforms that pull fragmented enterprise systems into single-interface workflows. Most recently a loyalty automation platform consolidating 13 systems behind one operator console.
AI & Automation
Replace multi-team manual processes with single-operator workflows, combining regex routing, LLM-backed agents, and self-service tooling. Tuned for cost and latency, not novelty.
